Paul was a founding member of Madison Area Dic Club, an active volunteer in developing the course at Elver Park and assisted with computer operations of the club for their website and scoring for Mad City Open. Paul was a volunteer for the 1998 PDGA Am Worlds. He also started the website Disc Over Wisconsin which was handed to Jim Van Lanen after Paul passed away in 1999. Pauls enthusiasm and spirit for disc sports has had a positive effect on many of the people that promote disc sports in Wisconsin.
