Bill Stolpa has been involved with organized disc golf in Milwaukee, Sheboygan, Stevens Point, Lac du Flambeau, Woodruff-Arbor Vitae and now Hartford, Wisconsin. His efforts have brought growth to the sport in all the places he has been involved. He is the founder and a member of the Wisconsin Disc Golf Hall of Fame.
